awesome depiction of a misunderstood animal. He may not have the brains and brawn of my personal fav animal of all time, T. rex, but Spino certainly was majestic

Thanks...he certainly was. I love T. rex as well, but then so do most dinosaur fans!

Well, I ended up liking the Tyrannosaurids so much, that my five fav dinosaurs are T. rex, Tarbosaurus, Daspletosaurus, Albertosaurus, and Gorgosaurus. Not to mention T. rex is my absolute fav animal of all time(The Orca is #2, The Great White and Megalodon sharks are tied at #3, the Siberian Tiger is #4, and The King Cobra is #5)

I want to go into paleontology and specialize in Tyrannosaurs. Their power is just mind boggling.

I think Spinosaurids would be hard to specialize in because they're so rare and very poorly preserved(generally). But still, I hope better material of Spino, Baryonyx(which most likely just absorbed Suchomimus), and Irritator is found

Haha, Tyrannosaurids are my favorite dinosaurs as well! Although I don't tend to categorize other animals into favs, I love birds of prey and big cats! Harpy Eagles are always impressive, there was an amazing wildlife program on them here in the UK a few weeks ago.

Good luck on studying paleontology - I wanted to do that when I was younger, but it seemed pretty hard to get a job so I'm studying ecology and wildlife now instead!

Spinosaurs are definitely weird - I think the fact that they're poorly known makes them especially interesting! But yeah, hoping for more finds as well!
